For toddlers 6 months to 9 months
Jawar Banana Sheera
Ingredient: 1/2 cup jowar flour
1 tsp jaggery
1/2 banana mashed
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp ghee
Method: In a pan add ghee after that add jowar flour and saute till it turns
light brown in colour.
Add milk and !/2 cup of water along with jaggery, stirring continuously
so that no lumps remains
When sheera is cooked add the mashed banana and mix well
Serve luke-warm adding some milk to dilute the consistency to suit your baby requirement.
