Eggless Vanilla Cake
Enjoy the joy of feeding by making this egg less vanilla pressure cooker cake for your loved ones!
Sift 2 cups Atta and 2.5 tsp baking powder. Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup water and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Beat the mixture well. Add 3/4 cup plain yogurt mix well. Transfer the batter to a greased cake tin. Preferably, divide the batter into two cake tins. Heat an empty and covered pressure cooked for 3 minutes on high and then place the cake tin inside it. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Repeat with the next cake tin.
