Maggi With Twist

As we all know that Maggi noodles are loved by every one  any time any where this recipe which is posted by me is very yummy and easy to make loved by kids perfect for children birthday parties and especially when it is made by Maggi instant noodles

MAGGI  INSTANT NOODLES PANCAKES


Your dinner party is made if you choose this recipe!  MAGGI INSTANT NOODLES pancakes topped with stir-fried vegetables… now that certainly is something nobody can say "No" to.

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients


For The Hot and Sour Sauce
1/4 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
salt and to taste

For The Noodle Rosti
1 packet of MAGGI INSTANT NOODLES
1 vegetarian seasoning cube
salt to taste
4 tsp oil for cooking

For The Stir-fried Vegetable Topping
1 tbsp oil
2 cups shredded vegetables (carrots, french beans, cabbage etc.)
1/4 cup bean sprouts
salt to taste

Method
For the noodle rosti

  1. Heat plenty water in a broad saucepan.
  2. Put the MAGGI INSTANT NOODLES in boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain and discard the water.
  4. Mix the MAGGI INSTANT NOODLES  with the seasoning cube and salt and divide them into 4 equal portions.
  5. Heat a 125 mm. (5") diameter non-stick pan with 1 teaspoon of oil.
  6. Loosely place one portion of the boiled noodles on the non-stick pan.
  7. Cook the MAGGI INSTANT NOODLES rosti on both sides until golden brown in colour.
  8. Repeat with the remaining noodles to make 3 more rostis.

For the stir-fried vegetable topping

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the mixed vegetables, bean sprouts and salt and saute on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Remove from the flame and keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Place a MAGGI INSTANT NOODLES  noodle rosti on a serving plate, top with a portion of the stir-fried vegetables and spoon some hot and sour sauce over it.
  2. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more servings.
  3. Serve immediately.
