CHEESE SPECIAL

Cheese balls


INGREDIENTS

1.Hanged curd(drain out all the water of curd in melanin cloth and hand it for few minutes).
2. Cheese- 250 gms
3. salt
4. chat masala.

METHOD

:
Mix curd and cheese.
Add salt and chat masala to the mixture and make small balls out of these.
Fry the cheese balls on a low flame, in a pan till the become golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.





Cheese Coconut Rolls



 Ingredients

Cheese ( grated ) - 100 gm
Coconut ( grated ) - 1/2 cup
Green chilli - 4
Bread slices - 6
Spring onion - 4
Capsicum - 1
Coriander leaves - a few
Salt - to taste
Oil - as needed

Method

1. Cut capsicum, green chilli, spring onion, coriander leaves finely.
2. Mix cheese, coconut, capsicum, green chilli, spring onion, coriander leaves, salt in a bowl and set aside.
3. Remove the brown edges of bread and roll them over with a rolling pin.
4. Place cheese mix in one end of the bread slice, roll and seal the edges.
5. Repeat the process.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan.
7. Fry the rolls till crisp.
