VEG RECIPE


Nargisi kofta



  Ingredients:
                Boiled potatoes 4nos.
               Cottage cheese 75 grams
               Dry-fruits {optional}
               Sifted flour{maida}

               1 tsp ginger garlic paste
               Curd 1/2 cup
               Salt to taste                                           
               Onion 3nos.  
               Cream 1 Cup
               Tomato puree 2nos. 
               Garam masala 1 tsp
               Oil as per requirement       

Method: Mashed potatoes add salt, sifted flour, mashes cottage cheese make a half ball add dry fruits and then cover the balls.fry this balls till golden brown. keep it a side.

FOR THE GRAVY 
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions and cook till it turns slight brown in colour  and then make {barista} paste. In another pan add onion barista add ginger garlic paste and fry it in little oil. cook tomatoes in pressure cooker and  blend it in blender and make soup add this soup in onion add turmeric,coriander powder red chili powder in onion paste fry till it cooks fully or oil comes out from sides add cream,curd fry for more few minutes.Add water as needed and again cook it for next 10 minutes add garam massala and garnish it with coriander leaves. Before serving add   Koftae balls and serve hot with payaji paratha and steamed rice
